Meet Jess, the heart behind Heartland Gatherings
What started as a passion for hosting and bringing people together has grown into a business that combines event planning, event design, and creative services to help clients celebrate life's biggest moments. Whether I'm coordinating a wedding day, styling a luxury picnic, designing custom event signage, or creating a personalized experience from the ground up, I love turning ideas into something magical and memorable.
My background in business, project coordination, photography, design, and over a decade in the hospitality industry allows me to blend creativity with organization, ensuring every detail feels intentional while keeping the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. I love finding the balance between beautiful design and thoughtful logistics so you can focus on making memories while I handle the details.
In my free time, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our four-legged crew, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, hunting for treasures at thrift stores, or convincing my husband that we definitely have room for one more rescue animal.
At the heart of it all, I believe the best celebrations aren't just beautiful, they're meaningful. My goal is to create an experience that allows you to relax, be present, and soak in every moment while I take care of the details behind the scenes.
